By using NextRead — the iOS app, the website at nextreadapp.com, or any related service — you agree to these terms. They're short. Please read them.
The app
NextRead is provided by Colazul Labs LLC ("we", "us"). It's an iOS application that checks public availability data from Kindle Unlimited, Libby, Hoopla, and Amazon to surface where the books on your shelf are available.
What we don't do
NextRead does not host, sell, distribute, or lend books. It links to other services that do. When you tap "Place hold" or "Open in Libby," we're handing you off to that service — their terms govern what happens there.
Accuracy
We try to surface accurate availability data, but third-party catalogs change minute to minute. Wait times shift. Books leave Kindle Unlimited. We can't promise the data is current to the second. If you notice a clear error, tell us.
Subscription
NextRead Plus is a paid subscription, billed by Apple through the App Store. The trial is seven days. After that, the plan you chose ($29.99/year or $2.99/week) renews until you cancel in iOS Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under standard App Store policy; if you forgot to cancel an unintentional renewal, write us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- Reverse-engineer the app or its services.
- Scrape NextRead at volume or build a competing service from our outputs.
- Use the app to violate the terms of Kindle Unlimited, Libby, Hoopla, Amazon, or Goodreads.
Affiliate disclosure
NextRead participates in the Amazon Associates Program. When you buy a book through a "Buy on Amazon" link in the app, we may earn a small commission. The price you pay is the same. We never recommend purchase over free.
Trademarks
Goodreads, Libby, OverDrive, Kindle, Kindle Unlimited, Hoopla, and Amazon are trademarks of their respective owners. NextRead is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
Warranty disclaimer
NextRead is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to NextRead is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes
If we change these terms in a material way, we'll update this page and tell active subscribers by email at least seven days before the changes take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located there.
