The math

One avoided purchase. That's it.

For a reader finishing 50 books a year, three or four "accidental buys" — books that turned out to be on Libby or Kindle Unlimited — is conservative.

Average Kindle book price $11.99
Books per year you'd otherwise buy free-elsewhere × 3
Money kept in your pocket $35.97
Less NextRead − $29.99
Net: ahead after the first save + $5.98

After the first book the trial catches, NextRead is paid for. Everything after that is yours.

FAQ

The questions readers actually ask.

If yours isn't here, write us at [email protected].

What happens after the 7-day trial?

If you don't cancel, you'll be charged $29.99 for the first year (or $2.99/week if you picked weekly). You can cancel any time in iOS Settings — same place as every other subscription.

Do I need a library card to get value out of it?

Not strictly. If you have Kindle Unlimited only, NextRead still tells you which books on your shelf are free in KU and which aren't. Add a library card and Libby + Hoopla unlock — that's where most of the savings live.

Which platforms are supported?

iPhone, iPad. Kindle Unlimited, Libby (all OverDrive libraries), Hoopla, and Amazon (purchases + Digital Rewards). Android is on the list — sign up to be told first.

Is there a refund if I forget to cancel?

Yes — write us within 30 days of an unintentional renewal at [email protected] and we'll refund. We're not in the business of trapping anyone.

Have a promo code?

Enter it on the download screen after the trial starts. Book-club codes and BookTok partner codes get a full year free.

What about my data?

Your shelf is yours. We don't sell it, share it, or train on it. Full details in our privacy policy.

Try it for a week. See if it earns its keep.

The trial is seven days because that's enough to feel the difference, but short enough you won't forget about it.
